Single Hour Private Session $80/Session
10 Session Package $70/Session
20 Session Package $65/Session
Single Half Hour Private Sessions $50/Session

Monthly Tune-Up: This program is perfect for the self motivated! This is an opportunity to have the knowledge and guidance of a personal trainer yet be able to work out with the flexibility of your own schedule. Each monthly tune up includes two sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer, and will include body measurements, strength and cardiovascular assessments, and a personalized training session that will demonstrate the proper use of equipment and set you up on your own personalized training program. Your personal trainer will meet with you monthly to track your progress, add variety to your routine, and continue to improve your fitness!

With over nineteen years training experience and a physical therapy education behind him, Jason Schwartz specializes in rehabilitation exercise. Jason enjoys teaching fitness, nutrition and health as well as personal training.

She competed at an International level in her younger years. Today she enjoys cycling, swimming, skiing, hiking and general conditioning.

Kelly’s diverse background provides a unique resource for her clients. Her culinary experience and passion and understanding of food enable her to share valuable tips on weight loss and how to maximize peak performance through the food you eat. With an emphasis on core development you will learn how to improve from the inside out by strengthening the muscles that provide the foundation for all movement. People of all ages can achieve life-style and fitness goals with these simple techniques. You too can feel better, look better and adopt a healthier way of life.


Renee Matzner, Certified Personal Trainer

Renee has been a part of the TBF family since 2006. Herpassion for fitness and living a healthy life style keeps her a committed and enthusiastic trainer as well as a group fitness instructor.  Her desire to assist people, of all ages, in achieving their fitness goals as well as feeling good about themselves is apparent through her dedication not only to her clients but to herself as well. Renee is a skilled rock climber, swimmer, runner and bicyclist. She believes that when people decideto make the “physical change” they will not only change outwardly, but they will change within.
